Save the date for IDF Retreats

If you have the chance to attend one of these-you will love the smaller venue.  I love the retreats! Cozy, friendly and more intimate than the National Conference.

If I find enough of my Zebra friends who are going – I might be tempted to drive to Cleveland!

Cleveland, OH and Jacksonville, FL

Individuals, parents, siblings, children and partners are encouraged to attend and learn how to develop better approaches to living with PI, plus, you have the opportunity to connect with others and have fun!

Sharon, the hotel and retreat are in St Augustine. The closest airport and train station are in Jacksonville. Ususally, IDF has a shuttle from airport. You might want to take an Uber from the train station. Check the instructions on your confirmation for the retreat. I hope you enjoy it.i love the retreats.
